I’m Jen, I’m a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist and every day in my clinic and online, I help people with anxiety and stress-related issues which are stopping them from getting a good night’s sleep, reducing the enjoyment they get out of their life, preventing them from living in the moment because they’re worrying about the ‘What If’s?’ or ruminating on what’s already happened – over thinking and perhaps experiencing physical symptoms they need not be because of stress and anxiety.

The knock-on effect this causes can be far-reaching. When we are busy worrying about what might never happen (but it feels like it will) or spend our time reviewing past things, we stop enjoying our lives.

Stress and anxiety can make us feel ill. We can get more headaches and migraines, stomach issues (like IBS), stop sleeping properly, find ourselves eating all the wrong foods at the wrong times, and drinking more than we want to, struggling to cope with the day-to-day tasks, perhaps finding it harder to focus and our self-esteem and confidence takes a battering.

Hypnotherapy is brilliant for helping to reduce anxiety and stress and boost your emotional well-being, which in turn helps with self-esteem and confidence.

It also helps with pain management and chronic conditions like fibromyalgia, IBS, Chrones, Endometriosis, PCOS, and more.

As well as significantly helping to reduce stress and anxiety, Hypnotherapy can help rid you of your phobias so you can live a life free from fear, enjoy your holidays without fear of flying etc.

With my background in Midwifery and Sexual and Reproductive Health, I utilise my knowledge to help women cope with PMS and PMDD, Fertility issues, stay calm during Pregnancy and Birth,- reduce anxiety, and helping women to cope as they navigate through Perimenopause and Menopause.
