We can all experience stress and anxiety in our lives, it is a normal response to something which we may or may not perceive to be a ‘crisis’ event.
It is useful to know that the events in our lives don’t necessarily create the anxiety, however, the negative thinking which we experience at the time of the event does.
It can become overwhelming and it can start to affect our sleep, our day to day lives, relationships and how we cope with life in general.

Each session lasts no more than an hour and is made up of Psychotherapy (the talking part) and Hypnotherapy (a lovely relaxation part). Hypnotherapy is not stage Hypnosis, I won’t be making you think you’re a chicken (unless you really want to that is!) it involves trance, which is very easy for you to acheive and something we all do every day when we are driving a car, or out having a run, sat on the bus, watching TV or daydreaming and it is a really easy thing for you to acheive.
Phobias are generally treated in 4 sessions, however, this is determined during the first session, and if I recommend more than 4 sessions, it is so that we can ensure that your treatment is as successful as possible.
The Stop Smoking session is a stand-alone 2-hour long session.
