Online Hypnotherapy works as well as face to face, and there is evidence to support this: It has been found to be effective for low mood, anxiety, stress, PTSD, phobias, relationship issues, adjustment issues, and grief. (Journal of Affective Disorders, 2013).
A University of Zurich study found that online therapy was more effective for clients with depression than face-to-face therapy.
My online sessions have wonderful feedback from my clients, many of whom would not have been able to come to me as they live in Devon, Essex and Macclesfield to name a few. Distance is no longer an issue or travel restrictions a problem when there is the internet as a solution!
All my online sessions are run via Zoom which has good security. You are sent a link to click on before your session via email, you will need a stable internet connection and a computer, tablet or smartphone and somewhere you can sit or lie comfortably.
